O&T Builders provides outdoor construction services including but not limited to: custom deck building, deck reskinning and repair, railing installation, dryspace systems, Trex RainEscape installation, concrete patios, and garage construction. All services are subject to availability within our service area covering Pittsburgh, PA and the surrounding tri-state region.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All project estimates provided are based on initial site assessments and are subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during the project. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins. O&T Builders reserves the right to adjust pricing due to material cost changes, unforeseen site conditions, or scope changes requested by the client.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit requirements, and other factors beyond our control. O&T Builders will communicate any significant delays promptly.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to secure your project date, with remaining payments due at agreed-upon milestones or upon project completion.

6. Warranty

O&T Builders stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

O&T Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.
